| COMPUTER FLOOR GRILLES |
| COMPUTER FLOOR GRILLES (CFG) are designed for
use in computer rooms with raised 600 x 600 mm modular floor systems and under- floor air
distribution and ductwork. CFG grilles offer excellent loading characteristics and are
interchangeable within the floor grid to suit varying room layouts. Fitted Opposed Blade
Dampers (OBD) are available. CFG grilles are manufactured from 6mm thick aluminium bar and angle, with a fully supported mild steel subframe. Finally the core and aluminium frame are black nylon coated for anti-static purposes, with the subframe black stove enamel. Alternative finishes are linished aluminium, grey or white nylon coating. |

Independent loading tests confirm that CFG600 computer floor grilles are capable of withstanding a 11.0kN load over 25mm2 at any point. This complies with the requirements of PSA specification for Platform Floors MOB 08.801 as being suitable for full access extra heavy grade floor systems. |

Fixing Methods Supplied for lay in application. Depth 28.25mm as standard. Factory fitted corner packing blocks can be supplied to suit all proprietary flooring systems, relevant information must be advised at time of ordering.
