The Team at RCM Products, headed up by Andrew Baines is dedicated to producing the highest quality products and delivering the very best customer service experience. All members of the team play a vital role within the business and teamwork across the company has helped RCM Products to become a leading provider of Air Supply Grilles, Louvres and Diffusers.
Andrew Baines - Managing Director & Owner
Andrew studied at University in Oxford and qualified as a Mechanical and Automotive Production Engineer. Early in his career he worked his way to the top of his profession in the motor sport world with Aston Martin, playing a significant role in their 1989 Le Mans contest.
A resourceful, hard-working, hands on and dedicated engineer with considerable management experience and an interest in continuous improvement; having worked for RCM since 1999 he took a leap of faith and acquired the business in 2012, saving jobs and the RCM name.
RCM is built on solid and well-established principles which are very personal to Andrew. He is dedicated to operating the business focusing on our staff and their lives. Through supporting all members of the company, RCM can provide a bespoke service that is truly unique. The Company understands its customers, the issues they face, and their individual markets. This distinctive approach, along with continuous improvement, allows RCM to offer solutions to the majority of our client’s issues.
Away from work, Andrew has a passion for pre-war Jaguars, watching motorsport and taking the dog for long walks with his wife.
Douglas Bench - Sales Director
Douglas is responsible for the strategic leadership of the sales department and contributes to the growth strategy; helping the business to achieve further success within the UK and across Europe.
Douglas has over 25 years of sales and management experience from within the HVAC industry having held senior sales positions with Global Manufacturing Corporations and Groups.

When away from the office, Douglas enjoys spending time with his wife and family, especially visiting Historic locations and buildings. He is an avid NFL (American Football) Fan, having both played and coached the sport. He also continues to play “normal” football, although at a much slower pace!
Denise Cant - Accounts Manager
Denise joined the Company in January 2007 as a Sales Administrator. During her time with RCM she has taken on many roles and gained invaluable experience within most departments. She is responsible for accounts, personnel and the continued efficient operation of the Accounts office. Denise has previously worked in the banking, finance industry and IT industry.
Tracey Banga - Production Manager
Tracey joined RCM in March 2014 and she recently became Production Manager. Using her product expertise and organisational skills, she strives to ensure that all products are manufactured to the best possible quality and are delivered on time.
In her spare time, Tracey enjoys doing DIY and spending time with her family.
Matt Baker - Senior Estimator
Matt joined RCM in October 2012 as a general operator in the factory. This was Matt’s first job from leaving college. In the spring of 2013 he moved into the office and joined the Sales Department, dealing with estimating and quoting.
Outside of work Matt enjoys watching sport, mainly football, listening to music and reading.
Sally Baines - Business Support
Sally joined RCM in 2016, her first job in the manufacturing industry. She is the business support for RCM Products, and supports various departments within the business. Sally has previously worked in the Financial Services Industry and a renewable energy company.
Outside of work Sally looks forward to holidays, some in the UK, where she and her husband can take the family dog, or further afield to European locations. Sally also enjoys baking when she gets the time and has the calorie allowance.
Alex Stevenson - Internal Sales engineer
Alex joined the company in October 2020 with no prior experience in the HVAC industry, but quickly settled in and has since become an integral part of the Sales team. His prior experience in sales and recruitment means that he is able to efficiently establish a customer’s requirements whilst providing a high level of customer service.
Aside from work, Alex enjoys playing and watching football, music and travel.
Vivian Dourado - Internal Sales Engineer
As an emerging Mechanical Engineering (BEng) graduate, Vivian joined the RCM team in April 2021 as an Internal Sales Engineer. He works alongside our Senior Estimator in catering towards customer requirements. His technical knowledge in thermodynamics and fluid flow has been key in interpreting grille and diffuser requirements.
Aside from work, Vivian enjoys travelling, playing football and listening to music from the likes of Diplo, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Leon Bridges.
Connor Butterworth - Internal Sales Engineer
After thriving in his first job as a business administrator in the Health & Safety Executive, Connor is the latest member of RCM Products in 2022 working as a Sales Engineer. Keen to establish himself within the industry, Connor specialises in providing support to customers as well as general business needs. He brings expertise within customer relations as well as a desire to learn and grow.
Outside of the workplace Connor enjoys playing football and going to watch his team Tottenham Hotspur, in addition to travelling and listening to music.
April Parkes - Purchasing
April joined the company 7 years ago as an Office Junior. She is now in charge of Procurement. She has gained an immeasurable amount of experience during her time at RCM, including accounts work and despatch.
April enjoys spending time with her young son and nieces and enjoys family days out.
Luke Severn - Radan Design Manager
Luke joined RCM Products in March 2019 as Radan Design Manager. He was brought in to change how the design office used CAD software, using his 10 years’ experience of 3D Design to help improve the quality of products and to make the design office more efficient.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys watching Cambridge United and playing golf, as well as socialising with friends.
